


The end face grinder is a device specially used for precision machining of the end faces of workpieces, with a high rigidity structure and stable machining accuracy. According to the structure and process, it can be divided into two categories:
1. Double-end face grinder: Grinding two parallel end faces of the workpiece at the same time, supporting through-type, turntable type, and reciprocating feeding methods, and the processing efficiency is 2-3 times higher than that of the single end face;

2. Single-end face grinder: Focus on single-side end face machining, equipped with dressing rings and pneumatic pressure control, the flatness can reach ≤0.003mm.





Engine cylinder liner: Resin CBN grinding wheel;
Piston ring: Ceramic white corundum grinding wheel (such as Φ400×Φ20×60), suitable for horizontal axis double end surface grinder.
Carbide mold: Electroplated diamond grinding wheel;
Ceramic valve core: Green silicon carbide grinding wheel (GC).
Bearing ring: Multilayer CBN grinding wheel (horizontal axis layout).
